Man called claiming I won 3rd place in Sweepstakes,,,,2.5 million,,,,then asked me all sorts of questions,,,,did'nt answer,,,hung up on this idiot,,,,,scam,,,,Claims 30.2 % in federal taxes,,,but could lower it to 12.2 % if I set up an off-shore account....Be very careful about this.  A John Smallwood called

Caller ID said Vashon, Washington.  I did not answer.  The man left a message for my daughter (mispronouncing her simple name) who has not lived with me for several years, to call him back at the number listed.  He spoke with a very thick accent, probably Jamaican, and was very difficult to understand.  It SCREAMS.... SCAM!!!!!!
