I called this number back from caller ID -- answered as Internal Revenue Service.  Accent. Reason having trying to call said IRS. Said he could help me if I don't have an attorney.
Audit taxes from 2008 to 2012 -- strong evidence not as a result if negligent, and willful intent to defraud IRS.

When I asked them to state the charges again because I couldn't understand them, I was told not to interrupt and then he said a federal officer would be calling me back and then they they were going to take me into custody....

I have a landline message left on answering machine. Caller said his name was Ross Caper attorney calling from the IRS Dept. in Washington about a federal tax issue. Voice didn't sound real. Bad background noise. Sounded mechanical. Instructed to call 206-258-7948 to stop further legal action by the IRS.
BEWARE FAKE! If you get this call do not give any personal or business information.

It's a fact that many of the south Asian scammers do not know the difference between Washington State and Washington D.C., so that many of the federal agency scammers use 206 numbers instead of 202 numbers.  Hey, the area codes look the same, don't they?  And it IS from Washington, isn't it?  Here, look at my map!

Received a call at 3 p.m. today
Could not understand name of the person - Lawrence Keeper. Said there was a tax law against my name for a legal petition notice.Contact 206-258-7948 before I get arrested.  

Called the number back and told this I KNOW THIS IS BOGUS and REMOVE MY NAME from your calling list.
I will report this to authority.

Received a voicemail message threat stating that before I'm arrested, to call them and settle this legal petition....
