Consumer Opinion Services is one of the good guys.  They don't call you if you don't want to be called.  If you join their pool of survey candidates they will pay you to come to their office to sound off on subjects important to them.  I once got a Pizza survey.  That's right, got $150 to taste a bunch of different frozen pizzas.  I have one coming up in a couple of weeks (why I looked up the number).  Being paid $100 for a 2 hour survey on health care.  Heck, I'da told 'em for free.  But I'm getting CASH!  But they run legitimate focus groups.
