This caller, "Out of Area," has called at least once a day for weeks without saying anything.  I called the number that showed on our Caller ID.  It's an investment company called, "I.E.S. Data".  The lady who answered said that, since we were "investors", they wanted to offer us the opportunity to invest in their company.  I asked how they got the idea that we were investors.  She declined to answer that or where they got our name and number.  I asked why she called our number since we were on the National Do Not Call List.  Again, she declined to answer.  I gave her our number and said that if she called again I would file a formal complaint with the FCC.  The bottom line with telemarkers is that they are disreputable or scammers when they disregard the Do Not Call List.  Do not ever have anything to do with them.
