Ernestine,  either you're joking, really stupid, or you are the person that just called me trying now to put a positive spin on this. I'll opt for joking because I don't want to call anybody names or assume this is the idiot that just called me. This is definitely a scam. A woman just called me, telling me that the government wanted to give me a $10,000 grant. When I initially asked her what they were giving me, since I couldn't understand what she was saying, I asked her to spell it. So when I finally got "g-r-a-n-t" I told her that she was full of sh$t because first of all, I do not have good credit and second of all, if the government was "giving" me anything they would have somebody call me that could speak proper English. I told her to go to hell and stop calling me. Hung up and blocked!!!!! Scumbags!!!!!!

Purportedly I was 1 of 1500 who had been selected to receive $9,000 from the Federal Government simply by having paid my bills, had no bankruptcies and had no criminal issues.  All I had to do was to pay $210, the Western Union fee, for the money to be wired to me.  I chose Western Union rather than have it deposited in my bank account or on my credit card!
