Got the same call. They left a VM saying "the next 24 working hours has expired and will be taken under custody by the local cops as there are four serious allegations pressed on you name at this moment."
I'm like WTH??? lol it has to be a dumb scam but would like to know who it is

They told me they was with the IRS and I had 24 hours to get back with them or the cops would be out to get me..
The IRS don't call they send you something in the mail and they sure won't send out the cops.
