The call I received claimed it was from the IRS and that the IRS had filed a suit due to my tax returns ... and then to call a number they provided. Don't be stupid. If the IRS wants to audit you or charge you with anything, you will received a certified letter ... not a phone call. JUST HANG UP and have a good laugh! ... or report the number to the IRS.
