Answered, no one would answer, just heard breathing. Then I hung up

No one talked for about 10 seconds after I picked up. Then the lady asked for someone else. Told her she had the wrong number and she just hung up without saying anything.

claimed she was calling for mothers against drunk drivers and trying to get money. I hung up on her.
