They call 2 - 3 times a day regarding the lawsuits and leave this number to call back.

They call 2-3 times a day. I haven't answered these calls until today. The girl had a thick accent. Told me the IRS has a lawsuit against me. I asked who this was and she got very defensive. She yelled something I couldn't understand and hung up on me.

I received a message on my answer machine about this is the last call from IRS regarding a lawsuit against me.  I called the number back and they wanted my husband.  I told them I was his wife and the lady said let me look up the file.  She began saying the IRS had a lawsuit against.  I told her if that is true than I would have received a letter from the IRS.  I heard people in the background and laughing.  I hung up the phone.

I found 2 messages on my answering machine telling me that the IRS is bringing suit against me!  I've always paid my taxes.  (Usually get a little back). I use a CPA to do my taxes also. I know that I do not owe IRS anything!  Is this a scam?

Received 2 automated messages on the same day.  It's a computer sounding female voice saying I am being sued by the IRS and to call this number.  I know I would've received something in writing long before receiving a message like this so won't bother calling the number back.
