I received a call from a man with a very heavy accent saying that I am the recipient of a US Government Grant for $9,200. I don't remember if he asked for me by name or not but when I asked him if he had my name he asked me how to spell my first name. I told him. He asked how I would like to receive the money and gave me 3 options: money order, direct deposit, and something else. I said money order. He gave me a verification code and said to call (206) 201-2387 to talk to the Financial Account Manager and make the arrangements. I called and spoke with someone named "David", also with a heavy accent. He said to go to 7-eleven by my house (asked for my zip code) and call him from there and from there it would take about 10-15 minutes to make it official (with a $4.95 processing fee) and that I would then need to go to either Western Union, Walmart, or a MoneyGram Store to get the grant money..
