Just got the same call last night (at 5:50pm) - robot-sounding voice - saying that the IRS is suing me and that there is a "non-bailable arrest warrant" out for me.  Did not bother to call back, because the IRS will not try to arrest you without visiting in-person first.
Total scam.

So he answered the phone like.. "Hello??" and i say.. "Hello??" and he replies.. "This is the IRS." and i say.. IRS?? and he says "yes, the IRS." then i say "IRS? ok IRS, name and IRS badge number." he then promptly hung up the phone. LMAO

received a call from this number stating they were the IRS and they have filed a law suit against me.. didn't say who they were calling or what the lawsuit was regarding.. total poop!

Yup.. this is a scam.. we are in MA got same message.  IT IS TIME FOR INTERVENTION!! FBI are tracking these guys.. they will be busted very soon!

I just got a phone call from an auto dial voice saying that a warrant was being issued for my arrest if I did not call it back.  I called it back and got the same response from a foreign voice on the other line.  She asked me what phone number I was calling from and hung up.  I think I'll change my phone number.  It was obviously a scam. The phone number that I called back was the one that called me but, they told me to call 206-201-2281.  Please do not call that number! It's probably got some sort of new tracer on the line.
