My phone call was from, no, I am to call 202-621-0364: And I spoke to a Nick Smith from the Gov. Grants Dept., and to call back on saturday before 12:00 p.m. Is this a legit scenario? Please help with some answer or support.

I have also been plagued with calls off and on for months now.  All the same scam but from different numbers.  202-777-6935 (wash. DC)  702-570-4580 (Las Vegas) 828-303-5558 ( NC).  My last call, this afternoon, I told the girl that I knew it was a scam.  She told me, if I was so smart, what was her name and what time was it in India.  Then she hang up on me.  I played along a few months ago to try to see where it was going, and when I told this time a guy, that I would not give out my information he screamed F.U. and hang up.  Every time telling me that it was U.S grant money free for my education.   Anyway, I made a note that India is 10 hours behind me here in Indiana.  Next call, I'm going to ask them how is the weather there at 7:am and could they please double my money as I need air fair to India so I can personally shove my foot up their [***].
