they are pulling a scam. they scammed my poor 76 year old mother and she gave hem her credit card and they logged into her computer and now it is a mess. they constantly call her and harass her and will not refund her money and insist they must get into her machine to cancel her account. they called when i answered today and i said they better stop scamming my mother and i am going file a compliant and take legal action and they told me to [***] off and hung up the phone. i have one contact number for them and of course when you call it is not in service. i am livid and extremely upset and have no idea what to do as i cannot seem to find a phone number to get in touch with anyone to try and make this stop. it is harassment and illegal what they have done to my poor mother and i am simply just want them to stop calling her and bothering her. it makes me sick how these people take advantage of people who are trusting.

these people are calling claiming to be from the IT department of microsoft.  they say i have problems with my computer and are telling me how to fix them.
i dont believe them, they want to log in remotely to fix the problems.
i need to know who these people are so i can lodge a complaint against them if they are pulling a scam.

I got acall from them  for a relative who has their name and number in the phone book
the said they were calling about the laptop
the relative has no laptop,  that is just the way persons my relatives age and heath
not just age are today they have no use for one so they do not buy one.

the caller with a noticeable accent
could not get correct the laptop ( age model ,etc, when bought  )
and why  exactly they are caling them about another persons laptop?

they are calling some one with no computer , only and land line phone with
their name and phone number in the phone book
the computer company , store laptop bought at, etc, do not have the relatives phone
number listed  in the phone book.

Reason they never asked when another person bought the laptop for info on
 those around them ?
