Yes I read them I'm glad I didn't do it is there anyone on jhere that did fall for it this is pathetic

Read the other notes.  It's a scam.  There is no grant.  They   simply want you to wire them some money.  After they have the money,  you won't hear from them again.  Common scam.  Originates in India and Pakistan.  Been around awhile.  DON'T fall for it!

I got the same call.  Didn't want to believe it was a scam, but Thanks to all of you for reporting this

I also received the same call they said I was selected for a grant $9200 they wanted my bank account info or they would send it western union they said I had to send them $300 when I started asking questions she hung up on me.... It was also very hard to understand them they did not speak English very well
