UPDATE: Now that I've done some additional online research, I would like to encourage others who receive calls from this number to do what I've done: report the incident to the Federal Trade Commission. You can do so by going to ftccomplaintassistant.gov. You might also want to consult the following page on the IRS's website: www.irs.gov.uac/Tax-Scams-Consumer-Alerts.
If you talk with the scammers at 206.201.2152, do NOT give them any personal information re: bank accounts, employers, or your Social Security number. I was told by the "agent" that my wages were about to be garnished, which was a clear attempt to pressure me into providing him with personal financial information. Although you can always argue with these scammers like I did, I actually recommend that you do not engage with them at all and instead report the date, time, and relevant details to the FTC and/or IRS.
