I just got a call just like the ones stated before. They have been calling us for almost a month now. I have not received ANY other information about owning $ to the IRS. We actually got a refund so if I owed them $, I am SURE they would not be paying me a refund.

I got a messge from Caller ID unknown/2062012078. Staed that the IRS was suing me and left same number for me to call back for information about this "case file".

Called LA from Washington state? Go figure! Wrong side of the nation. Wrong region.

My lawyer is calling them. But looks like this is a scam. Im sure the IRS knows I dont have anyhthing, so it is not worth their while. Unless they are bored to tears.

Got a message from them saying the IRS was suing us. Just another loser trying to con people.

We received a call from this number telling us we were being sued by the IRS.  Thank heavens we know better.

had the same call....machine voice. I get the same messages from different phone numbers. It's a scam for sure!!!
