Another scammer call

Just called and showed as 'out of area' on callerid. Left no message.

Caller ID said Bainbridge Is and they hung up when I answered.  I called the number back and I finally got out of the guy that he is in NJ and is a paid fundraiser for the Veterans organization.  I asked why they hang up when someone answers the phone - he said he did not have an answer for that.  When I asked why the caller ID was local when he is calling from NJ, he did not have an answer for that either.  He said he was in training and that I could talk to his manager.  I just hung up.
