Got a call from a lawyer who supposedly wants to represent me against the IRS. Said that the IRS is filing a claim against my name. Called several times even leaving messages on my answering machine. Barely understandable English.

Message from this number was that a lawsuit was being filed in the county. I needed to call to avoid lawsuit. I did not return the call.
