Why would you call a number and not talk? Stop disturbing me, if you have nothing else to do with your time/life go get a job.

I am continually harassed by this caller. They also have our cell numbers and call repeatedly, especially between 1 and 4 in the morning. They do not talk but hang up when we answer the call.This is more than just an annoyance. It disrupts our sleep and ruins the next working day. It is also quite scary.

being callled at 4 am today I am sick and it disturbs greatly if the number is so identified why the phone company or the Police do not intervene?

don't have a clue why they would call me
