This woman called me on my cell phone to do a health survey and started asking me questions.  I told her I was on the do not call list.  She said that didn't matter as this was a survey and she was not selling me any thing. None of the questions she was trying to ask pertained to health.  She wanted confirmation of my cell number that she had just called.???   A man called about the same thing Tuesday and when I told him he had called my cell phone, he said sorry they were not supposed to call cell numbers.  What is going on. Are these people legimate??
