Keeps calling, will not speak, just holds phone, no answer on call back

Caller ID was blank.

Call began with "Hello, we have an important call for [person's name]. If you are [person's name], press 1. If you need to put this call on hold while you get [person's name], press 2. If this is an incorrect number for [person's name], press 3."

I pressed 3 because the call wasn't for me. The robot then responded something like "I apologize for the inconvenience" and hung up.

This number calls multiple(5-7) times a a day EVERY except weekends. No message, no one there if I answer. I'm done...thank God for the block list!
