This robo call wants you to give them your company's information and your contact info so it can sell you on a government grant.  It is more than likely a scam. Since there are only 2 reports before mine it is likely a new one or they have just changed the number they report to be calling from.

some classical music was playing and then a robo call about government grants were avail. i hung up.
