Didn't answer but Googled and saw this, came up on caller ID with no city/state showing which is an automatic flag for me not to answer.

Called, and recorded message said, "Is your Obamney Care Health Insurance no longer being offered? Press 1 now to find a replacement Health Insurance coverage."
