My friend received a call from this number and I hope they call again because when they do they are going to be recorded and the police will be notified immediately. My phone is going to be tapped.

they call 2 or 3 times a day.they never speek.always hang up as soon as i say hello.this shows ESI or Emergency Servi on caller ID from Birmingham Al.

Keep getting calls from this number.  Caller ID says either POA Georgia or Emergency Services. They do not leave a message. Nothing in background. These calls are very annoying.

after seeing POA on my caller ID,when they asked my wife for a donation, i can only assume that this is a telephone soliciting business.For a number of years I gave a donation to the Georgia Peace Officers Assoc.These donations were to be used for wounded or killed on duty police officers and their families.I stopped giving to this (charity ?)when I felt they put me on their sucker list.I was getting calls from numerous
people wanting a handout.I can only assume the harrassing phone calls are their thank you for a well intended gift.
Emergency Services-POA  Are the same outfit.
