Had this # call at 10:51 this morning and they said nothing just sat there for a few seconds and then hung up! Every time I try calling back I get a busy signal! What's this about??

Asked for head of household--when I said he wasn't available they said that there was no message and that they'd try back later. Get the feeling it's a scam
