The auto dialer voice says a claim against "Tommy Robertson" has been filed and "he" needs to call immediately with claim number 404829. Yep, I will get right in that when I have finished washing my cat, working on my mashed potatoes sculpture, and organizing my dryer lint.

Scam they actually called every number on my cell phone account smh. Must have hacked numbers from somewhere. If there was a claim or anything else the proper people would definitely contact you and use my correct last name.

This collection agency has been harassing me for two years, looking for a "Earnest Hightower" !!!!!! They have been repeatedly (2 years) been told “there is no Earnest Hightower at this phone number. I am now filling complaints with the FTC, FCC and the Texas AG.

Called my no. wanting to talk to my son about an unnamed debt. When I told her that I thought she was a scam she went ballastic, told me to keep harboring my son, like he was on the run from them. I then told her that I was going to give her no. to my chief of police niece, she informed me that she wasn't afraid of any damn police and that the police could maybe teach me some phone etiquette, before hanging up on me. Never raised my voice or said a bad word, she just didn't like being questioned. Lol
