Possibly a Cell Phone.

Goes straight to a voicemail owned by a reported "Jewell Howell" or "Jewel Powell".  I believe the last name is Howell and unsure of the spelling for her first name.

I have no relationships, business or otherwise, in Birmingham, AL.
