Keeps calling

They call and when I dont confirm any information for them...they threaten to send whatever information to my employer. I have no idea what they are talking about.

They are some financial group. They ask for someone that isn't even me. I've told the. They have the wrong number. They keep calling. Both early morning and late night. They are hateful and rude. A woman even hollered at me this morning after she woke me and the baby up because the phone cut out. I don't know how to stop it but I'm glad I don't have to deal with these people about anything but not calling me!

It's probably a scammer looking to steal your ID or cash.

Can you find a call blocker or call-blocking service to block the number? If yours is a land line, your phone provider might offer a blocking service, so I would check with them. There are call blockers you can buy, and phones that have call blockers built in, too.

If it's a smartphone, they all have call-blocking ability. Check with your phone's app store. For dumb phones, you could set up a contact with a name like SCAM, assign this number to that contact and then assign a silent/no vibrate ring tone. That way you won't be bothered by the call.

I suspect yours is a land line though, so try Googling CALL BLOCKER and see if one fits your system.
