Clearly a scam threatening arrest for tax fraud. The IRS notifies by mail of tax violations and if there is a warrant to arrest you, someone shows up in person.

Left the tail end of a robot voice message telling me "...and before we issue the arrest warrant under your name, call us back at 205-564-6606..."

Seriously? Criminal or not, why would I call that back. Trying to scare people into calling back.
