NCO has dozens of offices around the country, The auto dialer pulls the next number for a rep and calls it. I started saving the numbers so I know who is calling, I think I have about 15 or so numbers at this point. It would be great if some of the reps spoke good english.

It's NCO Collections.  I think this number is specifically for collections on Capital One Credit Card accounts.

It is NCO, they are working for Capital One and If you just hang up on them, they will re-cue the call and they will call back.

Tell them that you have filed bankruptcy and give them some bogus attorney name and they wont call for a couple of months.

How tempting to do. However, I suggest people to DO NOT do what you saying.
You could find yourself being prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney's office for bankruptcu fraud.
If not other charges.
Before you try the course of action being suggested I suggest you contact a licensed attorney and ask
how many federal laws you will be violating.

Got a call from this ph#, Mon. 21 Nov. 2011. No message. Caller id says NCO Group. I have never had a Capital One account.
