Call back gets a recording, "We're sorry but there is no one available to take your call at this time."  It goes on to tell hours of operation and some other nonsense.  The important point is THEY NEVER IDENTIFY THEMSELVES.  That means they're hiding.  That spells unethical or SCAM.  Block 'em.

205-536-7257 called and did NOT leave a message, caller I.D. is unknown? This person is weird for calling people without a purpose.  They should leave a message as to who they are and the purpose of their call or just NOT call!

I got the call this morning and no one said anything so I hung up. I just call the number back and someone did answer. They are asking for money for state trooper or police department. I didn't listen to all he said, but told him to take me off their calling list. hope this help.
