I got a call from this number.  They didn't leave a message.  Does anyone know who this is?

It's a bill collector.

Some foul man just called me from this number. Who not say who he was nor who he was with. He had my date of birth and everything but, he would not say who he was with. I expressed my dislike and he laughed at me and said have a good day ha ha ha, have a better day and I hung up. He's a prick!
