Just as Joe said - calls and never leaves message - BLOCKED

Interesting, call back after blocking my number gets a "hello" followed by a noise then a click and hang up.  The reason this is interesting is because I just made a call back for another number and got EXACTLY the same experience and the "hello" sounded exactly the same!  That number was a Pennsylvania number.

These dirt balls called my number 13 times in five minutes. And our great government does nothing to help us.  Its we special  interests now, not we the people. This should not be allowed but with weak laws and politician's pockets stuffed with special interest money we the people have 0 chance of this being fixed.  Very sad!!!!!
