Wanted me to contact my Attorney about the TAXES, I owed gave me a phone number and a case number or something like that. It was an Automated system. So I called back and some man answered with a thick India Accent, so I asked him who are you working for, he said "The Department of IRS, then I asked him where he was from and he hung-up!!! So I tried one more time, the same man answered, I am asked him again where he was from, he 1st said "The Eiffel Tower", then he said "Twin Towers". I said I do not think you work for the IRS. So then he hung-up the phone.

Just received a voicemail from this number in a 90's automated computer voice "call 2054569740 the moment you receive this message I need you or your retained attorney on record to return the call. The issue at hand is extremely time sensitive. My phone number is 2054569740. Do not disregard this message and do return the call now. If you don't return the call and I don't hear from your attorney, either then the only thing I can do the only thing I can do is wish you good luck as the situation totally unfolds on you. Good luck. Goodbye."

Left message saying I had to call that number back if I didn't that I  would be hearing from their attorney.  It's a scam. We do not owe taxes. I know that the IRS will not call you.  Neither will SOCIAL SECURITY . THEY WERE THREATING US.I SAVED THE MESSAGE ON MY PHONE.

I also received a call, from the same so called IRS, however I decided to go along with their scam by providing a fake name and zip code. I owed them $7,500 dollars and they would provide me a federal IRS account so I could pay this debt off at a Wells Fargo or BOA. They even contacted their so called senior officer to guide me through the process. Once I told him I did not drive and I would call him back after getting the money he became very rude. Game over I cursed him out and told him I know your a scam. I can only imagine how these folks are preying on the elder.

Interesting, first the call came in as an IRS agent recording, then I returned the call to the number provided at (205)456-9670 and got a recording stating I do not have access to that number, please call (800)645-0005  so I did, got a recording from AT&T prompting me to enter different numbers, got customer service for AT&T, I hung up.
