Received call, 8:45 on a Friday night.  Did not answer & they did not leave a message.  Phone is unlisted on do not call list, how do these people continue to get away with unsolicited calls?

This person calls and doesn’t leave real voicemails. We receive voicemails of someone breathing into the phone. Yesterday, we called the number back to see who was calling. They didn’t answer. It went to their voicemail. They called us back about 20 minutes later and just said nothing on the other end of the phone. Yeah, we still heard them breathing into the phone again. The next day we answered, the female “claimed” she was calling from a pharmacy at 8pm Pacific Standard Time which would be 10pm in Alabama. The female also asked to speak with someone specifically by their first name and wanted to know when would that person be available to take the call. When did pharmacies start calling at night and asking when would a person be home?

We received the same "type" of call late last night - around 9pm pacific time....We called back but no answer.  They called twice.  Once the caller id said the number was unavailable and second time it showed their number.
