No msg - Scam

I have received several calls from this number saying they are trying to colet a debt. But for Mr to make payments they had to have my credit card info. I refused to give it to them so they said I would be receiving a court paper to appear in court. They have called 6 times and it's always the same thing. I believe it's a scam because if not I should've received my paper by now.

Calling at least 4 times a day and it's not for me. It's for a family member, and they have their phone number.
