Yes, using the information I have provided as well as where to report them you need to do this.  Send them a certified, return receipt cease and desist calling letter.  Make sure you report them to the proper agencies to which I have provided links.  You also should consider suing them for FDCPA violations and any other violations your attorney could think up.

they've been calling from a different number for weeks.  i finally had not heard from them for a couple of days.  then got another call today.  trying to scam, saying we had a bounced check from 18 years ago... people have been getting calls from them for a long time.
