I also recieve a call from this guy and he stated that i had a case against me. he never told me who he was calling for he only gave me a case number and a none working 800 number.

very rude, also was a liar. Looking for someone who does not work here, and said she had verified he did.

He called and said my mother in law had a case against her and Nationwide Law firm was over it and gave me the number and said he would be out to serve papers....oh and this is the 3rd time people has done this! At least he wasnt rude like the other ones!

Said he had papers from "the firm " to serve me, I told him I didn't know what it was about and he said he was told i was aware. Such BS.. I told him to com on i'd have the sheriff waiting.

Received a call on my job from a local number stating they have a case against me. They wanted to speak to my supervisor (for what I dont know). The caller gave me a 1-877  number along with a claim # to get more info. When I called the number a guy answered and he said they were going to serve me with papers. I don't know how he got my personal information.
