He should have told you that this was an illegal attempt to collect that debt if it was written off in the bankruptcy.  Also, since they communicated with you, and if they truly believe the debt was not included, they are required to do the following as per FDCPA:
Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

said they were RG Financial
I guess debt collectors was looking for someone else. Wanted to fax me a form. Told them to take me off their call list. Lady said her name was AngelA. Seemed very fishy. I think these are debt scammers after talking to her.

Robo caller, recorded message. Phoned them back to let them know they were dialing wrong number
It appears they are a collection agency, placing harassing calls to employers. They have a wrong number.  Very rude

Received a call from RG or Archie Financial with robo call answer, waited for a person.   Stated her name was Angela and they were hired to collect where I had failed to pay an online debt.  Due to circumstances beyond my control, I had filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy over a year ago and have no debt.  I inquired name of debt company.  She refused to answer.  She stated that this was not included in bankruptcy and that I would be served.  She then hung up.  No clue, I have no debt, no notices and no other phone calls.  I consulted my attorney.

I received a phone call from 205-379-8841. After a Robo message, I was transfered to a male representative. He said that they called me about an unpaid debt from a high Interest lender from 2009. I told him that he was mistaken and that I have no unpaid loans from 2009. This definetly seemed like a fradulent call.
