keep getting calls from 205-79-6019 -no message just a hang up - annoying!

It is Portfolio Recovery, they call from numbers all of the US, Chicago, Virginia, Houston, Alabama etc. They have been sued 3 times now for bad practices and not following the law for debt collection, BBB has a rating for them I think last I looked was an F.
