I had a very similar experience with this number twice.

I wish there was a way to make these spammers accountable for pestering people!

I got a call from this number on my cell. I did not answer, but I called back after about 30 secs. I got a recording that said that the number was not in service. I'd just received a call from another number on my house phone which I answered. This caller (202-864-0154) said that she was from the IRS and that there was a case against me. I don't know if the two numbers are related. I told the woman that I knew that it was a scam and that she should be ashamed of herself. She hung up on me.

Just called and i answered they ended up hanging up on me. They wanted to lower my credit score?

Just got a call from this number about a hour ago on my cell and no VM was left. Apparently the DNC list doesn't matter anymore.
Sounds like another number to ADD TO THE BLOCK LIST :-))
