This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call list in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by failing to have an operator on the line when the call is answered, and still further by playing a recorded message without an operator on the line. They fail to provide a physical address and a phone number when asked, yet further violating the TCPA. Their recording states that the victim has been selected to make tens of thousands of dollars a month without ever having to sell or deliver anything to anyone, just by setting up recordings and having their automated system call people. This is clearly a pyramid scheme since it not only doesn't focus on the product, it states that there isn't any product.  Do not provide this scammer with any personal or financial information.
