They just called me and I pressed 1 to speak to a representative. I told him that I don't have credit cards and was wondering why they would call me. He immediately hung up. I tried calling back, but oddly enough that number doesn't work.

Received call regarding lower interest rate, when question caller hung up.

They pretend to be a credit card company with a special money saving offer  the phone is 205-337-3380

I refuse to answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. If they know me they can leave a message which is never the case in examples like this. I always research the number later to find out who the call was from. My advice is Don't Answer if you don't recognize the number.

I am sick of these morons calling my cell. I block the number and they call from another number.  Do Not Call Registry is useless.
