Me again! Called from blocked phone and got a message saying invalid number. Googled PORTFOLIO RECOVERY and found a real company. They buy up bad or uncollected debt using shady lawyers and lies. They lost big lawsuit recently but didn't stop them.
One poster said they call everyone in country with names like debtor and threaten to sue. They will even file llawsuits that come like junk mail and get default judgments because they were trashed like other junk mail.
This number appears to be scamming off a questionable company itself. Google Portfolio Recovery for dispicable stories

CID was a V# & that means ROBO DIALER, if real business pretty poor way of doing business; acting more like a telemarketer ..... I didn't answer, they left no msg..

They said they were supporting poor VA benefits. 26 people had committed suicide. I told them I had submitted a VA clam for my cancer and needed their help. They said sorry and hung up.
