Answered my "pay as you go" cell phone to the recorded voice of a spanish speaking female. When I pressed "1" it transferred me to a live spanish speaking male. Sounded as if he couldn't hear me. Said Buenos Noches and hello several times before he hung up.Calling the number back a recording says not in service.

Any idea thos this is?  It was an inernational call +2053129888 on my phone.  I get international calls so I answered it.  A recording said "thank you for calling" and I hung up immediately
