Confirmed.  This is a scam where they claim that you won a large sum of money, and then request that you provide theim with a processing payment.  Phone scams are on the rise and the criminals are using Facebook to fish for personnal details in order to execute very targeted and sophisticated schemes.  Whenever someone calls and wants you to send money, even if you think it is a relative DON"T DO IT.  In the case of a relative, call them back on thier home or cell to verify identity.  Con artists are increasingly pretending to be people you know ... so beware.
