When I answered they didn't say anything. When I called back to see who it was; I got a busy single.

This number belongs to TwTelecom (i.e. Time Warner Communications)....more specifically it is a Brighthouse Networks number...if you get calls or texts you don't want from this number call Brighthouse and complain 1-205-5916880
