I answered a call from this number. No one spoke, but hung up after 10 seconds. Called the number back, busy signal.

I received a call from this number on my office phone, I answered it but no one spoke, I paused and said hello again, and silence. I hung up. The caller id read Alabaster, AL.

This caller said he was calling from CA and he was from Windows and that my email and my computer where being hacked by people from Nigeria and South America He wanted to help me fix the security breach. He wanted me to go to my computer so that he could "help me fix it"! I asked for credentials of course he had none. I asked a few more questions and he hung up.

I received a call from this number on my office phone, I answered it but no one spoke, I paused and said hello again, and silence. I hung up. The caller id read Alabaster, AL. I would consider this a fraud or scam. Block it.
