Telemarketer...He pulled a smooth move I will admit.  Called and asked if I was person 'A'...I said no, and he was like oh...is this such and such number.  I was like, yeah, this is such and such number.  He was like, "oh! wrong person but right number...may I interest you in"...I then hung up in his face.

(Sorry for the choppy sentence structure...I'm at work...but hope this helps)

I received a call at 10:49 AM from this number, but I was unable to answer.  They left no message for me, and when I tried to call back, it gave me some sort of automated "the number you dialed is incorrect" message.
