Recorded message   --   This is the IRS.  Going to file something or other against me.  Going to send me to jail.  Going to seize all my money and possessions.  Call this number back immediately!!!
Finally, my bucket list is complete.  I've always wanted one of these calls.
In this case, I.R.S. stands for 'Idiotic Reprehensible Scammers'.

Called 3x yesterday and left me messages! Coming for my property, etc, with a warrant for my arrest.

Left two messages claiming that they had an arrest warrant out for me and was also surveying my property.  Wanted me to call back.

An arrest warrant from the IRS? Really? How stupid do they think I am? They did ruin my fun though. I called back and was going to say "You know who I am, come and get me" but to my dismay the number is not in service.
